Object photography

It's not just about pointing the camera at an object and then pressing the click button! You'll need a stage with props, stands, lighting etc. to make the object look its best.

We currently use the Nikon D300 which is tethered to a PC that has Nikon Camera Control Pro 2 software (and Nikon ViewNX 2 software). A small popup stage and spiral daylight lighting bulbs was used for these two examples.

Then into the virtual darkroom where you can really go to town with cloning, colouring in, merging, plugins etc. to turn a normal photo into a piece of art work.

We have developed a Perl script that will batch edit photos using ImageMagick software. This includeds resizing photos, adding a watermark, adding text etc.

If you have a product to sell then you usually would want that product photographed so that it can go onto your web site. Kill two birds with one stone when you use the web site development services and object photography services of '58 ALL'.

These images can then be used in your online shop or catalog and used for printing purposes. Here are a few sample photo albums :

Money boxes
Cheese board
Babies hand
Comic doll
Red rose
Old coach
CCTV Helmet

If you are looking for the interior of the Aston Martin DB9 then please take a look at our Quicktime virtual tour image which will give you a complete 360°x360° interior view.
