Adobe Flash plugin is free! Many websites use Flash images so the person viewing the virtual tour may not need to download and install the
plugin software. It also requires JavaScript to be enabled in the browser.
You can also apply "skins" as an additional layer of the image, and to give controls to the user so they can "push"
buttons to gain control of the image panning and zooming. Here is an example of a Flash Virtual tour with controls.
The HTML is easy to include in an existing website and there are many alternatives to how this image is viewed, limiting panning, auto-panning, Zoom etc.
