Significan't - established in 2003 by Brigitte Francois & Jeff McWhinney, are a business that specialise in developing a market in videophones and services around videophone technology - aimed primarily at the deaf community but not exclusive. As a young business they qualified for web site funding under the GEB web site scheme. But with their specific needs ie Sign Language, '58 ALL' where approached to fill the gap of providing an immediate web site solution.

'58 ALL' took the Significan't branding and colour scheme and developed this web site site that also includes a simple order form for customers to print off and post to their offices. This was an interim solution whilst on-line banking was setup at the merchant end - this took several weeks.
